Method Description

ANESA Analyzer is designed for aic noninvasive hemogram analysis based on the results of measurement of temperature of "reference" bioactive points on the surface of human body.

The analysis uses the following bioactive points:

- on bifurcation of left and right carotid arteries (two points)
- in left and right axillary regions (two points)
- in umbilical region (one point).

ANESA allows to transfer the measurement results into a PC for subsequent analysis and processing of the results by a special program and printing of a report.

AMESA is designed to be used in polyclinics, clinics, medical research institutes, centers, sanatoriums and other respective patient care medical institutions and research institutions.

Technical Requirements

ANESA Analyzer includes:

- ANESA unit;
- patient's cable with five temperature transducers;
- power supply unit;
- USB communication cable for connecting the Analyzer to a PC;
- package;- software installation CD.

The Analyzer operates from single-phase 230 VAC, at 60 Hz. The output voltage of the Analyzer power supply unit shall be (5±1) V. 

ANESA Analyzer Connection Diagram 
- The power consumption of the analyzer is 1 VA 

- Overall dimensions: 160 mm x 100 mm x 45 mm    
- The weight of the analyzer with the cables and temperature transducers shall not exceed 0.35 kg.  

The software of ANESA is operable at minimal configuration of the PC used with the Analyzer and having the following characteristics:  

- processor type – Pentium or equal in performance;
-  RAM – at least 32 MB (85 ns);
- HDD – 4.3 GB (17 ms);- SVGA monitor – 14'' to 17''. 

The USPIH software shall support the following functions:
- entry of patient input data into Analyzer memory;
- reception and processing of data from temperature transducers;
- output and decoding of the analysis results;
- aic display of the results;
- storage of the results in the database;
- printout of the results. 

The Analyzer uses five measuring electrodes with temperature transducers.
The length of cable from the connector to a temperature transducer is at least 1.5 m.
The analyzer has a USB connection to a PC.
The analyzer is capable to measure the electrical signals from the "reference" points for diagnostics by the Malykhin-Pulavsky methods.

The Analyzer:

- includes built-in test software
- is controlled by user-friendly software
- includes software test facilities

Temperature cable transducers applied to the patients use color marking as specified in Table 1.

Power supply voltage of analyzer power supply unit output is within the limits from 4 V to 6 V.
The power supply unit output voltage ripple amplitude shall not exceed 1 % of the nominal power supply voltage.
The range of temperature measurement in "reference points" is from 24 °C to 42 °C.
The ANESA unit is software-controlled, we are able to select measurement intervals of 180, 360, 720 seconds manually.
The number of measurement results stored in the software depends on the hardware capacity 

Electromagnetic Compatibility Requirements

The Analyzer complies with the electromagnetic compatibility requirements in accordance with DSTU 60601-1-1-2. While working in real electromagnetic conditions, the Analyzer produces no harmful interference. The Analyzer is stable towards the influence of external electrostatic discharges on the surface of the Analyzer. 

Climatic conditions for the Analyzer operation:

- temperature from 10 to 35 °C ;
- atmospheric pressure of (101.3 ± 4) kPa [(760 ± 30) mm Hg)];
- relative humidity of maximum 80 % at a temperature of 25 °C.

Analyzer packed in shipping container shall survive after mechanical impacts incurred during transportation.

The average lifetime of the Analyzer is at least 5 years.

Delivery Set

The delivery set of ANESA Analyzer corresponds to Table 2.


The installation and launch of software “USPIH” are made as per the procedures specified in paragraph 2.2.3 of Maintenace Manual.
The screen of program “USPIH” immediately after its launch is shown in Figure 1.

The test data are input into the fields of program “USPIH”, for example:

any name (“TEST”), sex “M”, age “77”, pulse “77”, breathing frequency “18”, time interval of processing.

Drag the mouse pointer to window “Start F9” and press left mouse button. The menu item converts to “Spot F9”. Alternating figures appear in the status line of program “USPIH”. The field of changes progress will be filling with red, green or blue colors depending on the chosen interval of processing – (180, 360 or 720).  

Upon the expiry of the chosed interval of measurements, the menu item “Stop F9” converts aically to “Start F9”. The program will stop calculations and will fill the fields of hemogram indices with the values shown in Figure 2.
